Programme   The scenario that Europe will experience in the next decades, and is already experiencing, is a transition one.  The EU industry, and the whole society, is requested to undergo a profound renovation, encompassing necessary changes that will lead to a more sustainable impact of human endeavours on the planet, and in return, a safer environment for humans themselves.
